Uplifting and supportive Black businesses is a top priority at Content Queens- and should be everywhere!! It is so important to us to not only acknowledge awe-spiring Black creatives but to toast to their unique businesses, ideas, and JOY! With the revolution of social media,(especially with the rise of TikTok over COVID-19), more and more Black businesses have been born, recognized, and rightfully given their flowers.
We created a roundup of fabulous, innovative companies spanning across different industries and addressing different audiences. They are the perfect examples of passion meeting determination! 2. HENRY @henrymasks: It’s safe to say that COVID has turned all of our worlds upside-down. We watched as so many of our families struggled to take care of our new needs-. 4. The Coy Collection @thecoycollection: Spun and set in Austin, Texas, Sequoyah Johnson crafted the The Coy Collection. A self-described ‘clay-ngel’, Johnson is a designer and painter of ceramics of all shapes and sizes. The collection focuses on celebrating the small, simple joys of the every day.
